I’ve taken a new job!
I am signing up for General Mills as a full-time worker managing public for Platinum Medal Flour and Bisquick. I’m completely thrilled as I have been working on and off with General Mills for the past 2 yrs in social media, thus it had been only natural for me to move into a full-time role.
You almost certainly won’t notice a difference at all, other than my posts could be just a little sporadic when i changeover into my new role. Normally you might hear me talk about cereal and yogurt a bit more often (because I will be surrounded because of it at work), but besides that I will continue steadily to stay true to what I love: creating exclusive, (mainly) healthy dishes and posting my passion for healthy living with all of you.

NOW may we discuss these magnificent bars?
I wanted to generate another peanut butter blondie predicated on my peanut butter oatmeal delicious chocolate chip cookies which you men went bonkers more than. THEREFORE I experimented over and over until I finally developed a recipe that I enjoy. Alright I lied, I in fact came up with TWO recipes to share.
I actually made two types of blondies: 1 with banana and without the bananas. Both possess peanut butter and nutella, and so are equally delicious depending on your choice. If you value banana bread, then go for the formula using bananas! If you value fudgy blondie bars, go for the standard one.
Now one last thing that I really like approximately these: they’re flourless, gluten totally free, and contain no butter. Plus they’re easy and done in under 30 minutes! I REALLY LIKE keeping these in the fridge. It reminds me of eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter Glass.
Oh given that statement convinced you, didn’t it?
2 cups natural unsalted creamy or crunchy peanut butter (you can even make use of old-fashioned PB)
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 glass honey, agave, or pure maple syrup (only use 1/3 glass if you’re making banana version)
OPTIONAL: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup nutella (or nutella alternative of choice)
3 oz your favorite dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9×13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In bowl of an electric mixer, combine peanut butter, eggs, honey, baking soda, banana if using, vanilla, and sea salt; defeat on medium acceleration until batter is well mixed and smooth. Gently fold in two of your cut chocolates, reserving the spouse for topping.
Spoon batter into prepared pan and smooth best. Place nutella, one teaspoon at a time randomly all around the the surface of the batter. Lightly swirl backwards and forwards with a blade, smoothing any openings you make. Sprinkle remaining chopped chocolate at the top.
Bake for 17-20 moments or until sides of bars begin to turn a slight golden dark brown. The pubs may look a bit underdone, but that’s okay, you would like them to remain chewy and they’re going to continue to bake a little once you take them off from the oven. Place pan on cable rack to great completely. Once great, sprinkle with a little bit of sea sodium if desired and cut bars into 30 squares

Eliminating the nutella and dark chocolate can save you 35 calories alongside 2g of body fat per bar

Used brown sugar to sweeten, really I don’t even think you need sweetener due to the Nutella and chocolate ;).
